About Us

Our family business began in the early 2000s as a trucking company. We hauled coal all over central Alabama. Back in 2015 the coal industry in our area completely fell apart. Many coal mines were shut down and we were forced out of the coal hauling business. We also ran a truck shop that maintenanced all our trucks and others in the community. At that time we began to branch out with more opportunities as they came our way. We did road side assistance among other things to try to stay afloat.

One day a trucker in the community brought his W900 Kenworth by and asked us if we would be interested in purchasing it. We decided we would purchase it, make some needed repairs and resale it. We did, and County Road 12 Truck Sales was born. We began to buy and sell trucks from that point on and now that’s all we do. We've now sold hundreds of trucks all over the country all from our location here in the woods.
